Cashew Cream
This four-ingredient recipe makes a creamy condiment to use in soups, on potatoes, or in our Easy Veggie Tacos.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups raw cashews
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Note: If you are not using a high-speed blender, boil water and soak the cashews for at least 15 minutes, then drain, rinse, and proceed with recipe.
