Easy Black Bean Quinoa Burgers
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked black beans
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce
- ½ tsp liquid smoke or smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Extra BBQ sauce to top burgers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Partially mash the black beans.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Form the mixture into burger patties.
- Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
- Flip the burgers and coat with a layer of BBQ sauce.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
