Almond Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup plain lowfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
- ¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Optional: pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Place oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and almond butter in a mason jar or other sealable container. Stir well with a butter knife.
- Add half the blueberries and stir again.
- Top with remaining blueberries, cover, and store in fridge for at least 3 hours or up to 4 days.
